Following the tutorial by Daarken but I went with a different style. I found it difficult primarily creating a silhouette then creating the shapes as I couldn't seem to develop a flow of ideas on the fly. So I created a rough silhouette of the shape I wanted to end up with in a dark grey then used black to draw in the key shapes and areas. I am some-what happy with the outcome but I do feel as if it's a bit too 2D in some areas such as his chest area. Some areas are a bit out of proportion too. If I did this again I'd make sure I kept the features in proportion and I'd do a better job with the shading.
